Pricing

Draftly is free to explore — you only pay once you've decided how you want to use it. How you pay depends on who you are, because homeowners, tradespeople, builders/offices, and partners all use Draftly differently.

The four ways to pay

  • Homeowners — pay per job. Work through your project for free, then pay when you take a deliverable away. It's a staged ladder: a Site Check (address-based planning constraints and feasibility) → a Draft Pack (site check plus draft drawings) → a Submission Pack (a full council-ready or builder-ready document set). An optional Premium Assist add-on covers revisions, extra help, and faster turnaround. You only pay for the stage you need.
  • Trades — a monthly subscription with jobs included. If you're a repeat user (chippy, concreter, plumber, electrician, small builder), a subscription includes a monthly allowance of jobs plus one or more trade packs — the tools specific to your trade (timber, concrete, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and a "full builder" option that covers everything). Add more packs as your work needs them.
  • Builders and offices — a higher subscription tier. Bigger drafting offices, builders, and multi-role teams get more seats, more monthly jobs, broader trade-pack access, and polished/branded outputs.
  • Suppliers and partners — a custom quote. Manufacturers, franchise groups, and strategic workflow partners get a volume-based annual licence tailored to their rollout — options include white-label or co-brand outputs, unlimited or banded seats, SSO, an SLA, dedicated onboarding, and premium data access. This lane is quote-only, not self-serve — reach out and we'll scope it with you.

Where to find current prices

Rather than quoting dollar figures here (they're still being tuned as we launch), please check current prices in-app or on the Draftly pricing page — pick the option that matches you (homeowner / trade / builder or office / supplier or partner) and you'll see the up-to-date amounts for what you're doing.

What "free to explore" covers

Homeowners can go all the way through a project — site research, siting, the compliance check and a full preview of your submission package — before deciding to pay. Trades and builders can likewise explore the product before subscribing. This lets you confirm the result is what you need before you commit. See Saving and exporting your work.
